Lead Time and Shipping
Our standard lead time is generally 4 to 6 weeks for regular orders, with potential extensions for customized products. Shipping charges depend on the destination, order size, and shipping method (air or sea). For an accurate shipping quote, please provide your order details and location.
Payment Terms and Bulk Discounts
Our standard payment terms require a 50% advance payment upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. We accept payments via bank transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (L/C), or other agreed methods. We offer bulk discounts for large orders, with special pricing available for both standard and customized products.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for unused items in their original condition and packaging. For defective or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. Customized products are generally non-returnable unless they do not meet agreed specifications

- Beauty Instruments: Generally 50 pieces per item.
- Sportswear: Usually 100 pieces per design or style.
