Welcome to Annabiya Industries. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. These rules explain how we handle orders, payments, and your experience with us.
1: Orders and Agreement
- Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed once we receive 50% of the total payment. Without this deposit, we can’t start processing your order. After confirmation, you can’t cancel or change your order without extra charges.
- Contract Basis: We manufacture based on what you’ve ordered. Once you’ve approved the details, any changes might cost extra and delay production.
- Making Changes: If you need to make changes to the order, let us know before production starts. Changes after production begins may cost more and take longer.
2: Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)
- Medical Wear: You need to order at least 100 pieces per style.
- Beauty Instruments: You need to order at least 50 pieces per item.
- Sportswear: You need to order at least 100 pieces per design. For custom or special orders, the minimum quantity might change. Ask our sales team for more details.
3: Customization and Samples
- Customization: We offer lots of ways to customize your products, like choosing materials, designs, and adding logos. All of this should be finalized before we start making your order.
- Samples: If you want to see a sample before placing a big order, we can send one. However, you’ll need to pay for the sample and the shipping costs.
- Sample Approval: Once you approve the sample, we’ll make the rest of the order exactly like it. You can’t make changes afterward without extra cost.
4: Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: You need to pay 50% upfront to confirm your order.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due before we ship your order.
- Payment Options: You can pay via Bank Transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (L/C), or other agreed methods. Make sure all payments are made on time to avoid delays.
- Bulk Discounts: If you order in large quantities, you can get a discount. Contact our sales team to discuss pricing for big orders.
5: Shipping and Delivery
- Lead Times: It usually takes 4-6 weeks to produce and ship your order. Custom orders or bigger orders might take longer. We’ll let you know if that’s the case.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees depend on how big your order is, where it’s going, and whether you choose air or sea shipping. We’ll give you a quote after you confirm your order.
- Shipping Methods: You can choose to ship by air or sea, depending on your needs and how fast you want your order.
- Risk and Responsibility: Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping company. We’re not responsible for damage or delays caused during shipping, but we’ll help if you need to make a claim.
6: Returns and Refunds
- Return Policy: If you want to return something, it must be unused and in the original packaging. Returns are allowed within 30 days of receiving the products. Customized items can’t be returned unless they don’t match what was agreed upon.
- Defective Items: If you find any defects or the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of receiving the order. We’ll either replace it or refund your money.
- Return Shipping: You’ll have to pay for return shipping unless it’s our fault, like sending the wrong or defective item.
7: Intellectual Property
All our logos, designs, and branding materials belong to Annabiya Industries. You can’t use them without our permission.
Confidentiality: Any information we share with each other (business, financial, or otherwise) is confidential. You must keep it private, even after we finish working together.
Limitation of Liability: If anything goes wrong, our responsibility will not be more than the amount you paid for your order. We’re not responsible for indirect damages like lost profits or delays in your business.
Governing Law: These terms follow the laws of Pakistan. If there’s any dispute, it will be handled according to local laws.
Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events): If something unexpected happens that’s out of our control (like natural disasters or strikes), we won’t be held responsible for delays or failures in delivering your order.
